Public Ownership Report provides information on the number of shares owned and percentage of ownership of directors, officers, principal/substantial stockholders and others including the number of shares owned by the public. Foreign Ownership Report provides information on the number of foreign owned-shares and local-owned shares, number of voting and non-voting shares and foreign ownership level.
